Each post should go through these edit passes:
1. STYLE -- Editor and writer work together on style and structure.
2. FACT -- Fact-checking
3. SPELL -- Grammar and spell checking
4. GRAPH -- Graphics. Every piece needs a illustrated initial and at
least one image.
5. FINAL -- Final look through before publication.
There's a file called 0PASS.md that has all of the above listed out,
with a checkbox with the ones that have been done, and who signed off on
them, and hopefully when.
Notes for each pass can be written (in Markdown) in STYLE.org, FACT.org,
etc. Actual corrections take place in the primary document.
DO NOT put questions, annotations, etc, in the primary document -- we
want this to be slowly transformed into something we can publish,
without adding unpublishable bits. If you want to change the document
profoundly, git add and commit before and after.
The primary document can be in whatever freakish format our contributors
prefer, but we prefer markdown.
